We are located 11km East of Hinton at 24027A Highway 16 (the Yellowhead); between Pedley Road and Carldale Road (on the South side of highway16).
Legal description: SW Section 12, Township 52, Range 24, West of the 5th Lot A Plan 0121964. We are less than 10 minutes east of Hinton.
Booking Policy
In order to secure a booking, you need to book ONLINE or Phone the Call Center during operating hours.We will bill your credit card in full on the date you complete your booking.
Call Center Operating Hours:
Open Season: May 1st - October 20th
Monday - Saturday: 10 am - 8 pm
Sunday: 11 am - 4 pm
All Calls are returned in the order they are received, if you do not leave a voicemail message including your phone number, we will not be able to return your call. Please DO NOT call multiple times, our call staff have a variety of responsibilities (this is not a 24 hour service).
Off Season: October 21st - April 30th
Off Season Call Center Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Closed Sundays
