NO CONTACT CHECK-IN / VISITOR REGISTRATION CENTRE
We have a No-Contact Check-In Centre. We only offer Camp sites / Cabins / Cottages to guests who have pre-booked or make phone call booking during Office Hours. The No-Contact Check-In Visitor Registration Centre is where your receipt, Check-In documentation. This information has your assigned site information/location and keys for accommodations, bathroom entrance door codes, Wi-Fi passwords, Visitor/Guest Registration forms. The top copy of check in paperwork is the Cougar Creek Copy and MUST be signed upon arrival, and placed in the mail slot BEFORE YOU PROCEED to your camp site, Cabin or Cottage.
Self Help Payment Envelopes for Firewood, Ice, Sani Dump Use, or our Mobile Dump Service are located at the No-Contact Check-In Visitor Registration Centre. If you get our voicemail when you call our office, you need to LEAVE a message, including your name & phone number, your call be returned in order they are recieved. If you do not leave a message, we will assume, you do not require any assistance. You can also leave a note in our mail slot for non urgent matters.
If you have an emergency / disturbance or problem during your stay contact 911 or Hinton RCMP 780-865-2455. After hours campground security call out fees will be charged for guests who violate regulations.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Cabins: Check-in is 4:00 pm -10:00pm. Check-Out time is 11:00 am.
Campground: Camp Site Check-Ins are permitted from 2:00 pm-10:00 pm. ABSOLUTELY NO Check-Ins Are Permitted after 10:00 pm, as it will disturb other guests. (there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy). Campground Check-Out time is 11 am.
Booking Policy
In order to secure your booking, you need to provide Billing Details (visa or master card) whereby payment will be processed, and confirmation of booking will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy Cabins / Cottages
From Date of Billing & Confirmation up to 7 days before arrival date you will be charged a $25/night cancel/change fee for any date changes or cancellation. If you provide less than 7 days notice of cancellation, you are charged the full amount of your stay. NO EXCEPTIONS - NO REFUNDS

Cabins
Enjoy our Full Service Cabins, With Bathrooms, full size appliances & operating Kitchen, BBQ with
Propane. Cabins are Rustic & Quaint, with all of the modern facilities, fully equipped kitchens with
full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, cookware, dishes, flatware,
kitchen table and chairs. 19 litre Bottle water w/dispencer. 3 piece bathroom with towels and
accessories, Flat screen satellite TV, Queen or King Size bed, complete bedding, linens & towels
included, and are cleaned by our staff upon your departure. Cabins have large deck with patio table,
and propane BBQ (propane included), outdoor cooking utensils, fire pit (due to mountain pine beetle
devastation, you are not permitted to bring any outside firewood to the campground) in yard (due to

Cabins operate All Year, they have Natural Gas Heating, and are perfect mini homes for long term or daily guests in the winter months.
We are on a well, which provides potable water to the Cabins and Campground, in our cabins we also supply spring water in 20-liter dispensers for those who do not like well water.
There is a large pergola cooking/eating area by the Cabins for Group Usage.

- TAXES: All rates are subject to 4% Tourism Levy & 5% GST (stays over 30 days taxes are not applicable)
- CANCELLATION POLICY – Cabin fees/charges are billed to customer the day they are booked. Once you complete your reservation request, by providing payment details, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking within 48 hours. From the date of Booking /Confirmation to 7 days before arrival a $25.00/night Change / Cancel fee is charged to all confirmed bookings. NO Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival (from arrival date) are permitted - you will be charged at full amount of your stay NO EXCEPTIONS - NO REFUND.
