We love to have your feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our facilities. We are pet and quad friendly and we want our guests to enjoy their stay. Respecting your neighbors & other guests is always a Priority.
Cougar Creek Cabins and Campground is different from most of the campgrounds and motels in our area in that we have a bit of everything! We're a natural camping destination on 18 acres totally surrounded by crown land -- you can quad right from your campsite. We have treed back in sites or pull-through sites for your super unit, all sites have pic nic table, firepit & wood chopping block. We can block your estimated campsite / Cabin or Cottage needs giving guests time to make their individual booking.
With large group facilities, we're a great place to book for family reunions, staff parties, or any group event. With everything from fully equipped cabins to tent sites, we're the one destination that is sure to "please everyone" in the group. Contact us for more information, rates, and special offers. General site/cabin booking is available in advance, giving guests ample time to make their full reservation for your event.

WHAT IS NEW AT COUGAR CREEK
ADVANCE BOOKING ONLY - NO CONTACT CHECK-IN / VISITOR REGISTRATION CENTRENO CONTACT CHECK-IN / VISITOR REGISTRATION CENTRE
We have a No-Contact Check-In Centre. We only offer Camp sites / Cabins / Cottages to guests who have pre-booked or make phone call booking during Office Hours. The No-Contact Check-In Visitor Registration Centre is where your receipt, Check-In documentation. This information has your assigned site information/location and keys for accommodations, bathroom entrance door codes, Wi-Fi passwords, Visitor/Guest Registration forms. The top copy of check in paperwork is the Cougar Creek Copy and MUST be signed upon arrival, and placed in the mail slot BEFORE YOU PROCEED to your camp site, Cabin or Cottage.
Self Help Payment Envelopes for Firewood, Ice, Sani Dump Use, or our Mobile Dump Service are located at the No-Contact Check-In Visitor Registration Centre. If you get our voicemail when you call our office, you need to LEAVE a message, including your name & phone number, your call be returned in order they are recieved. If you do not leave a message, we will assume, you do not require any assistance. You can also leave a note in our mail slot for non urgent matters.
If you have an emergency / disturbance or problem during your stay contact 911 or Hinton RCMP 780-865-2455. After hours campground security call out fees will be charged for guests who violate regulations.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Cabins: Check-in is 4:00 pm -10:00pm. Check-Out time is 11:00 am.
Campground: Camp Site Check-Ins are permitted from 2:00 pm-10:00 pm. ABSOLUTELY NO Check-Ins Are Permitted after 10:00 pm, as it will disturb other guests. (there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy). Campground Check-Out time is 11 am.
Booking Policy
In order to secure your booking, you need to provide Billing Details (visa or master card) whereby payment will be processed, and confirmation of booking will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy Cabins / Cottages
From Date of Billing & Confirmation up to 7 days before arrival date you will be charged a $25/night cancel/change fee for any date changes or cancellation. If you provide less than 7 days notice of cancellation, you are charged the full amount of your stay. NO EXCEPTIONS - NO REFUNDS

Phone Calls, Texts, Emails & Booking reservation requests are received as follows:
May - October Mon - Sat 10:00 am – 9:00 pm. Sun 12pm - 6pm
Please DO NOT call multiple times, our call staff have a variety of responsibilities (this is not reservation center, or 24 hour service). All Calls are returned in the order they are received, if you do not leave a voice mail message including your phone number, we will not be able to return your call.
October - May Mon - Sat 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Closed Sundays
Phone calls are checked every 2-3 hours. You must leave a voice mail message which includes your contact telephone number, we will return your call.
